As Co-Founder and CTO, Ehsan is responsible for shaping the company’s vision, strategy, and technological direction. They drive product development, leveraging state-of-the-art analytics to deliver innovative solutions. Working closely with the COO, they ensure the company’s offerings meet both corporate needs and regulatory standards.
FairWave Analytics has successfully developed and launched three products including Gender Pay Gap and Adjusted Gender Pay Gap solutions. Believing that compliance should be the baseline, the company provides regulatory reports free of charge to support CSRD and EBA requirements.
